Default RE: oil leak

Anybody have any expereince with leaking oil from the front pully seal? (belt drive) I brought the bike to the dealer (06 1200R) they cleaned off the engine and said it was oil left over from the service and test rode the bike for 12 miles let it sit over night and said it was fine. Any one would like to guess what happened next? I rode the bike 70 miles and guess what, its leaking looks like its coming from behind the front pully, which by the way I told the dealer in the first place and he said "no not from there". Now it looks like my bike will be down another week. But I did put vance & hines slip on's on and its loud......................really loud, they changed the pilet jet to a #48 it seems to run better now. DL

I just heard from the dealer, the front pully seal was bad and replaced (drive belt) but they scuffed my front heat shield so the replaced that too. It's been in the shop for about two weeks. Also had them put on some Vance & Hines slip ons and they put a new main jet in with a mixture screw adjustment. Let me tell you it is really really LOUD now. Runs better now though. Hopefully this will be the end of my troubles, for the bike runs really good.
