Ok now I have a problem!I am trying to replace my derby cover with a new one,4 of the bolts will undo but the others wont,I"ve tryed wd40 but that didnt help,any suggestions?Hellllllllllppppppp!
If you don't have an impact screwdriver get one. Harbor freight sells them pretty cheap. Now that driver has a 1/2" end so I ended up using a 1/2 in to 3/8 reducer to fit my T-27 torx bit. It got one of them out with very little damage.

I ended up doing multiple things to the other. I tried hitting \\;it with a center punch and hammer. Some times that helps stretch the threads a little. I finally ended up getting a good set of easy outs and drilling the bolt and using the easy out. Replacement bolts can be had from Ace Hardware, but allen head instead of Torx, for only a buck and a half from the Harley dealer.
take a punch (small one) smack each bolt in the middle, this will break the loc tite and strech the treads enough to just screw it out... easy breezy! should do it on all loc tite bolts
thanks, I am going to try this next time...I strip those damn things EVERY time I change my primary fluid. I had to chisel 2 of em out last time!

when I removed mine... I used a metal chisel and directed the chisel in the direction of the turn. Gave it a good couple of hits and it broke the screw loose.

make sure you have someone hold the bike up straight when you removes the cover to keep any fluids leaking out
im thinking of painting my derby cover black. \\;\\\\\\; should i be concerned of fluid leakage when i crank it off?
 \\;
I painted mine black but havent put it on the bike yet. The last time I swapped covers it turned into a screw stripping marathon. I just dont know if I'm in shape to do it again. Should have any leakage if the cover is on correctly.

PS.... I also painted my clutch adjustment cover black.
