My wife has a 061200L black in color. \\; She is in need of a saddle bags. \\; Currently has a set of cheap leather bags, that’s about worn out. \\; We have together looked at HD bags. \\; Both the Hard Molded color bags as well as the rigid leather bags. \\; Not sure what to get her, she likes both. \\; Does any body have either??? \\; What are your suggestions??? \\; Does any body have pictures???.

I like the color matched hard bags. Bags are not my thing, but I think they look awesome!

Which has more room? Is the price difference a factor at all? Which mechanism is better to operate? Do they need to be water PROOF or simply water resistant? Both are fairly weather resistant but I would think the color coded bags more so. I have never actually seen the HD color coded bags on a sporty, so I can't talk a whole lot about it.
