Just got back from Indy last night...600 miles out, 600 miles back...race stunk but the ride was great, no problems at all. 13 hours on Friday and 13 hours yesterday.
Nice to hear, im pullen a 710 mile to California on Monday. 1420 round trip, dont know what to think inbetween two cities there is a 107mile gap. Ill be brining a bottle of gas in my road bag. \\;
Of course I started off w/ a full tank each way, 3 gas stops each way, and a stop in between each gas stop to eat, drink some water or gatorade type drink, smoke and stretch ...best mpg was 53.57.

i did 400 miles in two days last weeked up to norcal, there was an 80 mile stretch of no gas stations, bring a two gallon can and tie it onto your bike, you will be thankful if the worst happens, i know i was!!! \\; of course i only have the 2 gallon peanut tank anyways
