Im needing to replace my air filter, its filthy
 \\;
my options
kn filter
screaming eagle stage 1 \\; kit
pro charger
 \\;
would there be any difference from using the stock intake with k and n compared to the se stage 1 kit?
 \\;
Procharger any better than se 1 kit?
 \\;
Btw i just ordered big guns slash cut, any other advice?
I was warned about the SE kits to watch out for the foam on the filters. I guess they tend to fall apart. \\;Just thought I would also give you the heads up.
A bit of noseeum mesh would be nice on those stock air filters. You can wash an airfilter and reuse it, no problem there. The problem is the BIG rocks/bugs that get down in the folds of the paper. Totally bogus. Trying to get the cruddies out of the cracks causes the paper to rip.
And at $24 for a paper filter, I'd be willing to spend $5 on a "coarse prefilter", if someone would make one.
