Default Nightster rear shocks: 13" or 13.5"?

I've got a Euro-nightster with the stock 13ish" rear shocks, just had them changed out to 440 11.5" shocks and realised that I simply can't corner or even go over lil humps without scraping out some part of the undercarriage. Am now thinking of putting on either 13 or 13.5" progressives

Has anybody out there put on 13" or 13.5" progressives, are there any problems with fitting and clearance, and which would you recommend between the 2? Further, between the 440 and 412 for that length, which would be recommended for a 180 pound solo rider?

If there were no clearance issues with the 13" springs you had before, there shouldn't be any issues with 13" Progressives.

My 1200R is pretty much the same bike as yours and I put 15" springs on with no clearance issues.

I wonder what else is different with the Euro Nightster? I have the sotck 11" shocks, and the only things I have an issue with are speed bumps. I haven't seen the roads over there though, so perhaps you have bumpy roads.
