Just another giz-mo to get money out of your wallet.... In my opnon if all this kinda stuff being marketed and sold was for safety issues then the AMA would demand all bikes have it installed by the factory...
Now as far as a performance item, that a horse of a different color. I can tell ya that alot of folks I know put them on... it was like a group vomet.... rode with them all last summer. This summer, I only saw a couple of these folks with them still on! When asked why they took them off they said.... Well, they really didn't have much of a difference for their riding needs and sold them on ebay..??!!?!?!
Are they necessary items?? Are they cool lookin'?? Are they functional...hmm could be! Would you have them for looks or function... You deceide.
