Literally every time you stand up it kills? You don't have it in first already do yoU!? but seriously, are you in America? I know some of the European bikes have certain safety features, but never heard of a seat switch.

If you are serious about this, I would say there is a bad connection somewhere under your seat. I would check them out and look for any damaged wires that may be pinched somewhere under the seat.

I also think there something wrong under the seat. Why don't you post your entire start up proceedure in detail?Maybe you are doing something wrong. If you have had the bike for awhile disreguard that.Maybe electrical interference from a cell phone?I know a guy that has the dome lights in his car come on with the local street light on and a car goes past. The right mix and wierd stuff happens.A guy thatused to be on here had a problem. He had a corrupted crank sensor signal because of electro magnetic interference. Some wire sets are twisted to avoid such things.Check under your seat first.

Default Yes!!!

There is a safety switch under the seat.

Look here at the wire going to the bottom of the seat. This is an 06 model but others should be similar.
