Has anyone put a 21" Wheel on a 2004 Roadster. I was looking to eliminate one of the front brakes and put on a laced wheel. I was told a wheel off a xl1200C would fit. Any info would be appreciated.

hdxl: You should keep your dual disc brakes even if you put the 21" Custom style wheel on your Roadster. H-D won't tell you that this can be done, but I have done it with very little effort: The 21" wheel on the 04-thru-06s will take a disc on the right side perfectly. The only thing that has to be done is to drill and tap the five holes for the bolts. The placement for the right brake caliper is perfect. Your conversion will make much more sense if you retain your duals and just add a disc to the new 21" wheel. By the way, you don't have to change or move the fender either. The overall dimension of the 21" wheel is less than 1/2" larger than the 19" wheel because of the difference in tire cross-sections. ............ BC

Do you have a picture of the Roadster with the 21" front wheel? I really like to see it before I do this mod. I've done it on the HD Customizer site but the view is limited.
