Will this part fit?

What's the difference, if any between these two parts?

Chrome engine kit for '08 - 16295-07A
Chrome engine kit for '06 - 16295-06

Found a good deal on the '06 one but I've got an '08

Can't tell you the difference but the kits are different for most of the late model years. See Here

I was asking because I found that the only difference between the '05 and '06 is a seal that is included, but the parts fit.

I looked up the two kits and they do list for 06 the 16295-06 then for 08 the 16295-07, BUT if you look up the primary cover and the gearcase cover seperate they are good for 04 and up. Rocker box covers could be different due to the injected engine? Hope this helps. The kits you are looking at are $950 each in the stealers book. Ride safe.

Your right 1200efi, everything is the same except the rocker covers, well if any body is looking for a killer deal Sun HD has them on eBay for 425 + 15 shipping.
