Yes, I have an EZ-Pass on my Sportster for my daily commute.
There is a handlebar clamp mount, much like the RAM mounts people use for mounting a GPS. It's an ugly black plastic thing that looks kind of like a soap dish. The reqular EZ=Pass transponder mounts in this soap dish with the usual velcro so you can take itwith you to keep it from getting stolen when the bike is parked. The mount stays on the bars.

I have tried the fork bag, the pocket, waving it and putting it in my teeth. It is still hit or miss around here in NY and New England. I just bought a suction cup thing for the two bikes I have with a windshield and will give that a try. Just have to figure out some sought of safety thing because I know it will be popping off my windshield with just the suction cups alone
