hi lollypop in the U/K here,i have some damage to my hands due to working in industry all my life & have this[dont know what medical condition it is though]i found h/d nastalgic adjustable heated grips were the answer.they are substantial & feel comfortable + the heat adjustment to your requirments really helps considerably.in my opinion thees are my best bit of kit.i would say that heated grips together with the other sugestions made by the other contributors is the way to go.tara for now lollypop in the U/K.[ps-they were expensive here in the U/K].

RKStyle, funny you should mention a massage therapist. I just had a conversation with one last Friday night about a back problem I've had for quite some time. She said that she could do me alot more good than the specialist I've been seeing for alot less money,(3 trips to the specialist at $500.00 each time for injections). After the 3rd trip, he said he couldn't do any more for me. Maybe I'll make an appointment with her & see if she can help my back, & my numbing hand situation. Problem is, I'm 51, & she is 21 & hot as hell [8D], then I'll be paying for a heart specialist.

I had this problem with my 03 NightTrain. Here'a link to the thread:
https://www.hdforums.com/m_391316/tm.htm

Her's my fix. I got all the information from a Sportster forum. I specifically went looking to Sportster riders for a solution because they have been dealing with vibration problems for years.

I removed my stock grips. Then I installed two heavy 1" pieces of stainless steel pipe, 6 inches long inside of the handlebar to give the bars more weight. (one pipe under each grip)

I then installed new Kuryakyn Iso-Grips with the throttle boss.

I have since taken a 250 mile trip without wearing gloves. There was no vibration. Zero!

I don't know if it's because of the Iso-Grips or because of the weights I installed or both but I'm one happy camper!
