I'm putting a wider fender on my 86 FXR. Possibly putting a raw (no holes drilled or tail light cut out) bobbed fender on rear.
In V Twin catalog they differentiate 1982 - 2003 and 2004 - 2009. Does anyone know the width of the rear fenders for your sportster. And if not could someone measure and let me know. I need a 7" or 7.25" inch rear fender. Please help!!
i measured the stock fender on my 1988 sport for you, its exactly 6 3/4 inches wide at its widest point, which is the flat side that the mounting holes are drilled
