Default AC Question

I was thinking of buying this AC:

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...3AIT&viewitem=

1st, what do people think of this AC?

2nd, it comes with a breather kit. What is this for? Does it have anything to do with the oil blow-by?

I have done a little research on this phenomenon, but I am still very ignorant on the subject. Any help or opinions is appreciated.

link works for me

the AC is ok if you like the style, the point is that it flows more than stock

the breather kit is a small device which vents the oil blow by properly instead of the factory way of doing it, which is for emmisions standards, but was not well thought out and tends to leak

basically you have moving parts inside the engine that creates pressure not only on TOP of the piston (which is how the engine itself runs) but underneath, and there needs to be a way to vent this pressure so it does not ruin the engine. the vents are up top and since the oil is so hot and sloshing around inside it can mist and that mist travels through the breather becuase its gotta go somewhere. the factory makes it so the engine intake sucks up the excess oil and burns it with the gas, but the method used tends to fail more often then it works

hopefully that clears it up so you know why and how it happens.
