i had a brokeback chopper once. took it to my buddies shop and we lobbed off all the fail... including the struts. mounted a skinny car tire on the rim and started welding. dropped a 10 over front end on it and started cutting and welding till she was legit. no math. just set your height using blocks and hack the snot out of it.
easy to tell everyone CTFS but maybe not so easy to do it yourself.

It is my opinion from observing this whole forum that Certainteed is a douche. You do nothing but go to every thread and state your unwanted and unneeded opinions. The funny thing is that you think your opinions are the word of God. They are YOUR opinions, so could you please keep them to yourself. I am pretty sure everyone on this forum is tired of hearing your BS OPINIONS. You sure do like to comment on what other people have, when you have a stock bike with painted tires.
I think goinsideways136 looks pretty awesome. Its people like him that have inspired me to work on my own bike. People like you just annoy the hell out of everyone!

your right, its not that easy...
air cleaner
made my own bracket for coil and ignition relocation. no switches on bars
chopping fender and frame struts. also new paint done in garage
this is just some of what I'VE done. guess painting tires and iverting STOCK bars make you a professional on bikes. too bad i have no experience doing any work on bikes. to bad you have nothing to your name unless you prove me wrong with some pics....
ps CTFS!!!!

LOL
I try not to make too many judgements on people, or their opinions. Because I am far from perfect, and my opinions suck sometimes too. But, I saw this about a certain poster in this thread, and thought it was funny as sh/t.

pontificating ; to speak or express opinions in a pompous or dogmatic way
I just had to laugh!
Not meant as my opinion, just posted for a chuckle!
You ought to see what they're saying about the Medusa bike.
Some people just don't have any vision.......they can't see past their monitors.
Its their bike so who should give a chit if they paint it pink with Barbie's holding the headlight. Its not what they're making........Its their making their own stuff is whats impressive.
I thought about doing that as well, because it does look cooler, but after reading this posting thread, my fears were confirmed. I'll stick with shocks and save by back and ****.
if you spend as much time welding as you do searching for me in the innernets you could have built several more brokeback choppers.
you could give one out to each of your friends. maybe start a club.
personally, i think the iron butt guys should create a new run called the backbreaker. to earn a backbreaker you have to ride to hooters bike night and back home on struts. to commemorate your achievement they should give you a gold star with their logo under it. wouldn't that be nice?
