I am torn between a few kinds, and am hoping someone can shed some light on them.
I have an '09 Nightster and it is gettin its pipes, but im torn between the V&H Shortshots (black), the V&H Competition 2-1 (black), Bassani 2-1, and the BUB Lakester mid cuts (black). I am looking for good sound, but don't want to ONLY gain on the top end. I like my low end torque and want that to improve, as well as the rest. What's the real difference between the 2-2 and 2-1's.
Don't get the black shortshots - seems like everyone has them for their Nightster.
Not to mention that the short pipes have very little back pressure equaling poor low end. If you wnat maximum power get the 2 into 1. It will always provide more power than a 2 into 2 system.
