Sportster sissy bar upright

I bought a backrest a while back (see attachment) on ebay. I replaced the stock seat, on my 2005 XL1200R, with a Saddleman King seat, and now the backrest is too short. I cannot figure out if this upright is a "low" or "medium-low". Can someone please help identify it, and possibly, give the different height dimensions of the "low" and "medium-low" uprights?

The total height of this upright (attached) is 11".

Had a medium on but wasn't too good for some of the stuff I end up strapping on to haul. Put a tall one on a few years back and it's done the job. No complaints from any of the passengers either.
