installed burley slammer kit
I must say the burley kit was as easy as they advertise. I think it took about 1hr including wiring up the license plate. As you can imagine the back just bold on and for the front take off the tube caps, pull out the old springs drop in the new ones and cut the spacer they provide to correct length. Hell, the hardest part was loosening the fork caps.
It rides like $hit, and pippes scrape (if I make them) but, I freakin' love it. Actually I changed the tension with the spanner wrench this morning and it seems like it's softened up a little. The bike feels completly different and since I'm short it put me closer to the ground and much more comfortable at stops and "backing up".
If anyone is considering it, I say go for it. Good value for the $$ in my opinion so far.
I can't figure out how to post up pics so here is a link, not great but one before and after.
