Hi:
I have been lurking here for about 6 weeks, reading posts and waiting for my 09-xl1200L (purple and silver) to arrive. The bike has been delayed twice now and should finally arrive next week. The dealer has loaned me a 1200 custom for a while (2004) The bike is not running all that well, hesitates, backfires and there is a short in the electrical somewhere, but still fun to ride.
Thanks for all the informative posts, hope I will have something to add in a week or two !!
