I have the stock baloney cuts muffler on a 03 1200 C that I think SE built for them. I tried to remove the baffles out but they are spot welded in three places. Has anybody drilled holes in the baffles or at least tried to get the baffles out? I am looking at replacing the slip ones but wow what prices plus I was told by the dealer that I have to get a carb kit. Kind of expensive job just for a little noise.
