I picked this up from JC Whitney to be able to carry some stuff in it instead of a backpack. It is big enough for me to be able to fit my ff helmet. I had to remove the sissy bar to fit the trunk, but the convenience of having one is great.
It detaches easily, which makes it easy for my wife to get on and off the bike when we go 2 up.
yes i see a bagger in the making.
hey might not look COOL but it makes it nice to carry stuff.
another thing is COOL factor does not haul your stuff on road trips!!!
way too many bar hoppers never leave town.
I got the same trunk for my Sportster it comes with mounting brackets but I made some extentions so I could leave my sissy bar on.I have grandkids that ride with me sometimes. I bought the mini tour pak rack from Harley and mounted it on top to carry a suit case on top. I travel a lot and this just adds carrying space. It may be a mini bagger but I can go anywhere I want to go not just bar hopping, which I wouldn't do anyhow just dumb.
