Mirrors sag while riding

My left mirror began to adjust itself in the wind today. Very annoying/distracting. Adjusted mirror to proper position. Ran a bead of Shoe Goo in the well between the mirror and the ball. Strong but flexible rubber cement. Should hold up until new mirror arrives.

Locktite! worked for me. Matter of fact, It's been 2 years and the left one has just started drooping again. I bet it was loosened when I dropped the bike coupla weeks ago. Now where did I put that locktite? If ya can't figure out how to get the locktite onto the ball, just send me the bike.
