Leaving for work this morning at 6:45 I almost turned left in front of a small SUV that didn't have his lights on and it was still dark enough outside were I almost didn't see him. Almost ended up as road kill

It's found it was the most fun to have someone turn left in front of me when my wife was following. We had eaten dinner, and were going home when this happened. I shook my head and gave them the peace sign, when my wife went by she said she used a different finger to give them a sign. Then she watched a guy in a BMW block me out of merging into traffic.
She asked if this happens all the time.........hmmmm.

I haven't had a cager pull out in front of me, turn left in front of me OR change lanes on top of me in the last 3,000 miles.
I credit this to three things.
#1 a quality headlight modulator
#2 a big bright helmet that cannot be missed

I was in the left hand turn lane this morning pulling up to the corner and had some moron cut from the far right hand lane across two lanes and cut me off to do a u-turn. I must have someone looking out for me cause there is no way I should have miss this fool.

I almost hate to say this out loud but I have not had what would even be a close call in my short riding experience. I guess I've gone about 4000 miles since getting back into riding. Not a whole lot of town riding, but I am spending more time there lately.
I trust no one, keep my fingers on the brake while in town especially, but so far so good.
Now I gotta go find some wood to knock on.

They Just Do Not See Us!
Everytime Im out & about I always encounter some Idiot who just does Not see a Motorbike!..Today a Small Truck NO Indicators On..Pulled Out,Drove Slow,Pulled In to L/side,Stopped..What an Idiot! Or there are the Ones with Mobile phone stuck to Ear! or Talking Face to Face with Passenger or The Ones who look Half a Sleep..Im sure the majority have Vehicle on Auto Pilot!!!! Where the Hell did they get their Licence??? One other day almost smacked into the Front/Side of my Bike as I was Exiting from Garage Driveway..they drove over my Side! I swerved! so they wouldn't Hit me Then they wen't OPPS! & woke up by the looks & I abused the Driver for being So Stupid!!..That was Number 4 for the Day!
