starting issue with some black smoke...any ideas?

ok update:
checked the plugs, front jug plug a little on the rich side, nice tan burn on the L part and on the nipple commin outta the porcilin but black around the ring.
rear jug plug seems very lean, L part is white.
WTF how do i fix that??
