updated pics but......
the wife gets home in the middle of me doing this and says, "so i won't be able to get on the back?" i said, "well yeah but it's gonna be a rough fvkcin ride, we spoke about this remember?" of course she doesn't remember and to be honest i'm glad she told me when she did. needless to say i been accumulating parts for this, struts, seat kit from rich phillips, seat yadda yadda yadda......
so looks like i'm buying a buttybuddy (http://www.buttybuddy.com/seat_application_fender.asp) for her little ***. i did end up removing the rear reflectors that i had electrical taped cause i hated them so much and will be chopping and relocating the lic. plate (pics to follow). if interested in the seat kit please let me know. you can see that here (http://www.bikersaddles.com/shop/ind...&productId=112)
it's brand new, they retail for 250$ (on ebay for 225$) and i'll let it go for 200$ plus shipping if anyone is interested. well as promised, here are the pics of how it sits right now. added 14" mini gimps (routed internal), ness big sucker stage II and removed the crap from the rear fender. wire tuck and coil/ignition relocate are next. let me know what ya's think.

When my wife first saw the solo seat on my Nightster she had a puzzled look...then I pointed to the bike I got her & said now you have a WHOLE seat all to yourself!
Those bars are kick ***. I'm diggin it.

the wife has no desire to learn how to ride a clutch and deal with cagers and i don't blame her. thanks for the comments dude. the gimps took forever to get but man are they worth the wait.
