I took my stock license plate holder trimmed it up, bent it, enlarged the hole & mounted it to my lower shock bolt. Out here we don't have to have it lit.

The funny thing is, is that I made that braket from a front bumper mounting bracket off of a dodge ram. I was going to throw the bracket away and then I got to looking at it and saw that is was a real thick gauge metal and there was a slotted hole on it that was big enough for the shock bolt. I think it turned out pretty good. I used a plasma cutter to cut what I needed and cleaned it up and painted it. Added a few lights, trim and whala!
