I don't know much about the fuel injected bikes, but if you're going to put that air cleaner and those pipes on the bike, you will need to adjust the calibration on the EFI system.

If the prices are too high try to order the parts from the internet. Unless the shipping from the US to your place is too expensive. $1500 is too much for an exhaust. I'm planning to get the Vance Hines ShortShots Black and they'd cost me around $790 shipped to my place (Saudi Arabia). I'd rather Vance & Hines than Bassani. Go on youtube and listen to some Vance & Hines clips on the iron. As I've read on this forums you don't have to get the tunning kit if you're just installing the exhaust & the filter. Of course the Tunning kit will give you more horsepower if you'd install it. If you willing to buy the Vance & Hines then take a look on the Vance & Hines Fuelpak tunning kit.

No, you don't HAVE TO re-tune the bike, but it will not run anywhere near properly unless you do.
If you only do the exhaust, it is fine without the re-tune. But doing the exhaust AND the A/C, you will really want to get the bike running porperly.
