I used the blond brownish wrap from advanced auto.. They had a High heat paint for the Wrap as well, really made the fiber lay flat and looked great. Plus Heat was no longer a issue... I used Vht on The engine and Frame as well.. Lasted the 2 year I had the bike.. No problems

BUT....... I agree on the VHT being one of the best rattle-can paints I've used. When you apply it per directions is provides a nice, even finish. Looks great.
Advance is the only place I've found that stocks the satin finish but you can get the gloss version at Autozone and O'reilly.
VHT also makes a nice assortment of engine paints and engine clear coats.
