This went on my 06 883 custom with SE intake and V&H straight shots. The tuner that I installed was the race tuner, not the street legal version. When I ordered, HD only had 15 in stock and were not making anymore due to EPA compliance issues. Well anyways the review:
-The install instruction suck, killed my battery after screwing with it for over two hours, finnally gave up and let the dealer do it.
-As for performance, NOTICABLE difference. The extra RPMs along with the timing adjustment made a HUGE difference in power throughout RPMs. Bike feels strong getting out of the hole and continues to pull hard close to shut-off.
-I think my speedo is now off slightly, which I have read may happen due to new gears in 06's, but I seldom pay attention to it anyways, professinal courtersy goes a long way, ussually.
Great purchase, no regrets other than the crappy programming instructions.
