If your talking about the little paddle you rest your palm on I had it and ended up giving it to a friend. I never could get my hand comfortable with it, it was in the way more than anything. Mine was the type with velcro that wrapped around the throttle. If you get one that attatches to the end of your grip it might be a little more comfortable to use.

I have the throttle boss that attaches to the end of my grips and I love it. It allows me to "rest" my hand on the gas to help hold a speed. I think you will get a 50\50 split on people who like something or don't.

Mine is called a "cramp buster" but yeah, same thing pretty much. I love it. I keep mine on the end. A buddy of mine put his on the left side of the grip and uses his thumb to push it down. I just rest my palm on mine when Im flexing my hand or otherwise resting it.

I used one of the rocker deals when I broke my wrist and had to have it rebuilt with a titanium plate and twelve screws. I used it for a few months while it was healing and then pitched it as i felt I was being a ***** and not getting my wrist back into shape. It helped a lot and allowed me to ride when i otherwise couldn't. I might consider it on a long trip as I don't have cruise.

I have the cramp buster and I like it. It's great for long stretches. As soon as I get into traffic or need finer control of the throttle, I just flip it down and it's totally out of the way and I forget about it until I need it again.
