Hmm...I have ordered 2 sets of saddlebags, some gloves and a tourmaster jacket from them and never had a problem. They arrived on time as scheduled. Sorry to hear about the problems yer havin' with them.
Well i'm glad this guy posted this this POS company sells Walmart quality crap!! They can KMA and i hope everytime a seller f_-ks one of us over they get posted up here too!!
Been waiting for way too long for a refund from Jafrum. Sent a jacket back to Motorcycle Superstore the same day I shipped to Jafrum. Had my refund from them for over two weeks. Still getting the stall and lame excuses from Jafrum.
Oh, yeah.I..Superstore sent me a label for shipping. Cost me nothing to return. Spent over 35.00 UPS to return the stuff to Jafrum.
Can you guess where I'll be spending my money in the future?
By the way, not a chronic returner or complainer. I've spent over $2000.00 on bike stuff in last month(just got a new to me 08 thugly) and these are the only two companies I've returned anything to.
looks like they have name brands at unbeatable prices to me. Infact they have BlueTooth Vega helmets rights now for half price. Just because they shipped a jacket direct from a supplier and their supplier might have screwed up doesnt mean they are a bad company.
Atleast their not like the government who takes your money at gun point and then uses it against you to put posion fluroide in our water and persuading us to take vaccines full of mercury and aluminum and then lies us into war and still drives us into a black hole of debt.

I'd rather pay a little more from a company that responds to their customers than deal with a place that treats them like they treated the OP.

When you move out of the country are you going to take your Harley or are you going to put it up for sale?
I have only ordered name brand stuff that I'm already familiar with from them. That way I already know what the quality of the item is as well, I won't be returning it anyway. That said the helmet and other items, that I ordered from them, were delivered in less than a week to here in San Diego. They were such a GREAT price when they were on sale and cheaper than any other place at that time.
That said, I am sorry to hear about your predicament and all ends well.
Been readin' the other posts about Jafrum.
My issue isn't with the goods they sell. I ordered a no-name helmet that didn't fit me but was of quality equal or better than price. The River Road boots were very nice but the heel was uncomfortable for me to walk on. The stuff was shipped to me promptly.
My issue is the time it is taking for refund and the poor communication from Jafrum Support.
I'm beginning to wonder if I'll EVER get a refund. Been waiting for over a month now. Without being too obnoxious, I let them know in my last e-mail to them that I was dis-pleased.....4 days ago....no reply. Not the best customer service I've ever experienced.
