It's a cake. just loosen bolts and flip to the other side, turn signals may get in the way if located on the handlebars but you should be able to move things around so they fit. In the future you may want to relocate turn signals to the forks. IMHO, I have more rear visibility with the flipped mirrors, my shoulders aren't in the way.

Step 4: switch left for right and vise versa upside down of course
step 5: reattch nut now on top
step 6: turn them so they don't hit turn signals or fuek tank when you turn the bars
step 7: drink one more beer and admire your work
Total time 15 min (10 to drink some beer and wheel the bike aroun and 5 to actually do the work)
