Plug Gap
Anyone know the plug gap for a 96 883? It's for a friends bike, and I have no manual.
Thanks in advance for any help.

RE: Plug Gap
I think that all the EVO sportsters plugs are gapped at around 38 to 42

RE: Plug Gap
They recommend 38 to 43, but I normally take the 'middle road' and set them around 40...
But I've seen them come out of good running bikes (when it was time for a plug change) gapped anywhere from 35 to almost 50. LoL.....
The EVO engines don't seem to be that picky.....
