i should've kept it stock. Now i'm stuck in mod. mode. 1st the pipes-starts missing. 2nd &3rd air kit/fuel pack. First map no good. Get another. Better but missing again. Not nearly as bad though. Gonna try another possibly Monday. Is this just the way it is? Or am i stuck forever looking for the perfect ride? Or should i do the cams and get the whole thing dyno tuned? Just sayin
What,,did ya put straight pipes on it ?? There Is no way to tune straight pipes for
performance In the RPM ranges we street riders use,,,
no back pressure. Some guys mount washers in em.
Some of those Fuel packs learn as ya ride and set AF mix at each cylinder fire.
Hope your parameters can be custom set by a good Dyno guy.
Good Luck bud,,,I'll be watchin for updates,,
08 XL1200R,, still box stock,,But I want a smooth AFR of about 13.5 and a stage One
