I just got done taking my bike out for a thirty minute ride. I put new gas in it while I was out. I found a gasket leaking oil out of the rocker box so I'm going to the local HD shop and get the heavy duty metal stock gaskets. The noise went away but then it came back. I think when I get the new gaskets I'm going to check the lifters one last time. The timing is fine all I did was put new covers on and Its not backfiring. So if you can think of anything that I didnt do or that I might have over looked feel free to send some more advice my way.
