100+ 08 nightster. no front fender or support. Se stage 1, rush slip ons2.0. All the time! No where near the top and not certain I even want to go there. Plenty left. Cams next who knows. Damn nice ride if you like real motorcycles!
Yup, My 08 Nightster definitely hit 120+ on the highway on the way out of the dealership the day I got her. It's definitely not stock though, V&H shortshots, high flow injectors, ECM remap, and some sort of head work, but I haven't quite figured out what exactly.
I've had mine to aprox (Israel in KPH) 105, 1200C low ride, but the speed wasn't the problem, the bike likes to waggle around, the whole bike not just the front rend or rear but the whole bike would wobble about like it was made of rubber, like Mr. Gumby or something.
I bury the speedo all the time but even with the work ive done any more than 95mph cruise speed just seems too high in the revs for me. I have seen a kit to add sixth gear and im thinking very seriosly about it just for lower revs at speed.

Anyone else had this phenomenon?
The fastest I've gone was around 100 mph and it was stable as can be at that speed for me with no wobble what so ever. However, from reading this post it seems that fork braces may be the solution to your problem...or the other simple solution would be don't go so fast.
