It just says the cover you for any "vehicle" you are driving or riding in. I would think a motorcycle counts as a "vehicle".
As you ride you will eventually get a flat tire and if you have tube tires (can't plug and go) your only option is road service and it will more than pay the cost of your membership. The last time it happened to me was 2003 but you never know !
Most of the guys I know run tube tires, and of course I do as well on my 1200C with it's front and rear Laced Wheels.
While on road trips at least one of us carry a small container of the "Slime Sealent Product", and it works great. I've seen it used a number of time to fix flats in tubed tires, and the stuff does it's job..
In fact many of the guys add this to a new tube when it is installed to protect against flats "down the road"..

Sounds like a service similar to AAA. By the way, does anybody know if AAA still covers you if you are on your bike? I couldn't find crap on the AAA web site.

Eligible vehicles
Roadside Assistance will be provided for:
All properly licensed and inspected four-wheeled motor vehicles of passenger, pleasure, or recreational type, if Roadside Assistance services can be safely delivered
Dual wheel campers / motor homes are eligible for all services except towing, extrication / winching and tire service. Dual wheel unloaded pickups are eligible for everything except tire service.
Rented passenger and commercial vehicles are eligible for service - with the exception of taxi cabs and limousines.
Vehicles are not eligible for service if they have been abandoned, illegally parked or impounded due to an ordinance infraction.
Trailers are not eligible for service.
