Thanks guys, I'm not sure how to bleed the brakes. I should be getting my service manual next week so maybe I'll wait to do it then. I'll try mreed's method first and see if I can do it with out breaking the seal.
If you just loosen it enough to twist the banjo into the right direction and have someone squeeze the brake lever real slowly and retighten the banjo at the same time I bet you won't need to bleed.
After I flipped my bars, it twisted up my brake line and I'm thinking it needs shortened or is it okay? Or is there some other way to fix it?
Hey simmy.. I also inverted the handlebars, I had the same issue with the brake line, what I did was to remove the brake assembly from the handlebar, loosen the banjo bolt just enough to get it to turn, and then rotated the brake line 180 degrees so it faces the front then quickly tighten the bolt... use a towel to catch any fluid... the line will follow the shape of the handlebar and it will look pretty clean with no stress on the line... I will post a picture later .... I hope this helps... good looking bike!

Thanks for all of your responses. This morning I went ahead and loosened the banjo bot just a tad and pushed the brake line upwards toward the bars. Looks much better. No fluid came out at all so I just snugged the banjo bolt back up and I think it looks much better.
