Anyone here buy a PCV from Fuelmotousa.com?
Was trying to get an idea on the price vs some other websites but when I attempted to send a request via email it's undelivered since their Inbox is full. Thanks for the assist...
Anyones inbox can get full from time to time, happens to me all the time when customers send a bunch of pictures.
My experience with Fuelmoto couldn't have been better both before & after the sale. I paid $299.00 + $12.95 shipping to Canada. They preloaded a perfect map based on my setup and shipped when they said they were going to. Bike runs great and when I had it dyno'd the map was spot on.
Not if you're in the customer service industry. There is no excuse whatsoever to EVER be unavailable to your customers via e-mail, if that's their chosen method of communication. Via telephone or in person, you can have business hours, and not be available then. You don't necessarily have to answer e-mail the day it arrives (especially if it comes in late in the work day), but it should be deliverable, and you absolutely must answer the next business day. This is the bare minimum of customer service.
Thank you for contacting Fuel Moto. We are currently experiencing extremely high email volume, we aim to get emails answered within 48 hours. Please note during peak season it may be more effective to contact us toll free at 877-729-4754 from 9:00-5:00 Central time for immediate live support. We can answer any technical questions, give recommendations, and orders can be immediately processed. Thank you for your support.
immediate live support, immediate answers to technical questions, immediate order processing, sounds pretty good to me.
Bought from Fuelmoto and the experience with them was good. I would not hesitate to buy from them again. Told them my setup and they had the map preloaded. I usually call them since I am one of those types that has to know now and can't wait for an email. :P
Hotlap - When I sent the email I didn't even get that response, I received an Automatic Mailer Daemon message saying that delivery failed due to recipient's Inbox being full. I'll just wait till Monday and give them a call.
As I stated in a previous post, since installing the Rush slip-ons I'm having loads of sputtering and popping on decel. Seems to happen more when it's warmer out. Temp this morning was mid-50s and while it did pop it wasn't nearly as bad as it did on the ride home from work this evening.
Does the spark plug check still hold true for the EFI engines? Starting to get paranoid about riding especially if it's too lean, not trying to cause any damage.
If anyone has another way of checking please let me know.
If not I'm considering going to a mechanic and having them take a look or wait to ride again until I get the PCV installed along with the SE Intake.
