I haven't seen it but a 200 mm tire will not fit in the pre 04 rear frame rails without mods. Check out www.chopperkitusa.com for theirs. You can download their instructions right from the site.

I don't know what you were looking at on Led Sled's site but here's their wide tire kit. It states you'll need to modify the frame.

http://www.ledsledcustoms.com/produc..._section=Parts

Ready to start running the big rubber on the rear? Now you can do it with quality and style using our Ledsled swingarm kits. The kits fit '91 thru '09 Sportys. Choose from two kits: 180-200 or 240-250 kit. The kits come with detailed instructions and a complete photo shoot of the process to modify your own Sporty. If you have a saw and a welder you can do this in your living room. Also, if you have a Sporty '79 to '91, don't feel left out... call us at the shop and we can let you know how you, too, can run one of these kits. Feel free to call the shop to order and to get any questions you may have answered....
