Gas mileage

hey i just wanted to post this info since its 100% reliable. I usually run about 106 to 112 miles on 2 gal of fuel when i dont have to use ethanol. I usually get my gas from the shell and i use premium. My local shell doesnt have ethanol in there 93. Well i got caught out in another town and had to run ethanol gas. I rode 84 miles on 2.2 gal of ruel. This mileage info is from when i ride the bike on the inerstate. Of course in town it get worse but im just speeking of long trips.

i usually get right at 50-55 mpg with my 05 1200r. this is mixed riding, using the 92 octane from the local chevron or 76 stations. i'm close to sea level if that matters.

Yeah Ethanol cuts MPG's by about 5%,,,
My right hand can cut MPG's by as much as 40%,,,XD
My 2008 EFI 1200R with the X14ieD's always runs better on Shell 93
