Those are good numbers for all bolt on bits.
I have SEII's, PCV & Hurricane flow and I'm at 76.33 HP & 77.85 TQ (dyno sheet in my gallery below sig pic).
As freebird stated, any more power is going to start to get very expensive from here on out.
My 2008 Nightster
K&N air cleaner w/ velocity stack
Stock exhaust with baffles removed
S.E.S.T. and dyno
-hp 79.4 and torque 75.98
I have seen numbers as high as 81
fwiw... I got 118.963 mph average through the measured mile at Bonneville last August. Rev limiter is set at 7000, I was shifting at 6500, but couldn't pull over 5900 rpm in 5th.
Off the showroom floor, with stock a/c, exhaust and fuel mgmt I don't think a 1200 will get out of the high 50s for hp. But, with hi-flow a/c, free-flow exhaust, proper fuel mgmt the stock 1200 bumps it up about 20 ponies.
Difference between 79 and 85 hp probably would have gotten me close to 130 mph.
Dyno numbers aren't always "factual" numbers. It all depends on how the dyno is set, as far as humidity, elevation, barometric pressure, etc. You could have your bike dyno'd on 2 seperate dynos, and have widely different numbers. The best test is to dyno the bike before the mods, then do it again after. That will at least show you the impovements made.
But as far as HP and torque numbers, it's really easy to "tweak" the numbers on the dyno runs. So I don't usually pay much attention to them.
