Default 10 going on 11 years... Now I'm curious

I found myself talking to a guy this morning with an 06 Sportster 1200 for sale and now I'm trying to get a little research in before I go take a look at the bike.
Any wisdom about any problems notorious for this model yet to share or does it look like the 06 has proven itself and I should pay more attention to consumables like tires and brakes, etc?
