crank position sensor

Anybody hear about a memo hd sent to all the dealers about the CPS on model years from 04 to 06 not being any good? I have been having problems with mine,from the day i bought it. It's a 2005 1200C that i brough back to them countless times and all i get is the runaround from them. One time it was running so bad i brought it back to them and left it running,and went in to get the service writer to come out to see how it was running.He almost sh*t his pants. He checked the codes and the code for the CPS came up. They fixed it under warnenty,and it happened again 2 weeks later and they fixed it again.But now after my warnenty ran out in 6/09 its doing the same sh*t all over again. I was just wondering if anybody heard about the memo hd sent to the dealers about the problem with the sensors and wtf i should do now.

I don't know anything about the memo, but there's lots of posts on various forums about the chronic problems with the sensors. I'm on my 5th CPS at 65,000 miles.
