Man I know how much you've been aching to get that bike on the road so it bothers me to suggest this but I think it looks like your frame is bent...or maybe my monitor is bent.
NOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!! Don't say that!

A loose swing arm bolt shouldn't cause it but a trashed swing arm (rear motor mount) bushing could I guess.
Ooooo and a new can of worms gets opened. Both rear struts look straight but now you say this the rear left indicator did take a knock
I'm thinking that left strut was bent in if you guys are stating it should be equal distance from the wheel on both side
Any one have a birds eye view of there rear, can't get over to the bike for a few days, my first pic wasn't square onto the bike, will try and get more pics.

I have one taken apart on a lift right now. I can take pics & measurements if you need...but I won't be back in town for a couple days. (holiday/family crap)

Please if you could do that I would be really grateful, if the measurements on the left strut are the same distance from the wheel as yours then I'm going to guess it's just the right strut bent but if both sides are different then I'm going frame hunting lol.
I thought something was up when I did a dry run with the rear fender, seemed odd the wheel wasn't centred to the struts.
O man what have I gotten into :0/
The right fender strut looks bent in. Rear wheel seems to be aligned with the backbone.
That's what I am seeing from the photo and the angle from which it was taken. It sure looks to me as if everything is lined up pretty well, except the fender strut looks to be bent in from the right.
If so, that should be easy to fix. I think it's a bolt on part. I know it is on my old Ironhead.
