Depending apon what skills you have, you can fab a lot of things yourself.
One free thing you can do is to run your hand control wires inside the handlebar itself. It will clean up the looks a little and just requires a little time to do. Get creative
agree with the others... ride awhile and you will figure out what you should change.
imo also depends on whether you are taking it on the big road or just around town-
i have just finished about everything i wanted to do to mine- great around town and can also take this bike on trips (windshield and bags come off in less than 5 minutes):
