Default Anyone had any problems?

Ok I did the coil and key start switch thing (for the love of me I can't remember what it's call, minds gone blank) relocation but found it hard to use being right handed and always going to the right to put the key in.
I moved it to the right side by the oil tank but it wasnt till I had finished I thought about the heat from the rear exhaust,
Has anyone done this and if so any problems with the heat?
Cheers

Nope, not done it... yet. I would think it would be fine, unless the wires are in direct contact with the exhaust or other hot parts.

A swinging key fob will rip the paint right off the oil tank !
Ignition switch will need to be cleaned out more often
because It's gonna catch more road dirt down that low,,,from the front tire,,,

I didn't even think about that. Good points! Might reconsider doing this now.

The paint part I was could see due to my key being on a metal chain which is fixed to my belt, I have had this problem with past bikes, a few marks give it character
