Take a step back and see what you can find for that price too. Unless you have your heart set on that specific bike, you can find clean used Dynas for a similar price, and you'll be getting a lot more bike.

I would try and get $500-$1000 worth of accessories thrown in for that price. When I bought my Sporty new, that was the deal I got at my dealer. They were able to cover about $800 worth of accessories I got put on.
