I'm having a hard time convincing a friend of the no chrome thing. Not that I care what he thinks but he seems to think I'm the only one in the world who doesn't like chrome. He even went as far to say that I should have bought a Honda as I'm getting a Nightster soon.

It's up to you man! Do what you like! My last bike was chromed out. My present bike is a mix of black and chrome, when I'm done, it will have more black. I know alot of people are going black, but I've never done it so it's new to me. It will have some contrast though.
Just remember, it's your bike, do what pleases you!

Make mine chrome please. No overkill for me, but like that shiny stuff. Hate the monotone look on today's cars, too. Your bike, your choice.

its all about what you want in your bike ... remember its yours not anyone else just yours so if you like it go for it i think that overall from the pics of it that you have linked to it looks good but that's my opinon go for what you like in a bike

A guy I know has every piece of chrome you can think of on his bike, IMO it's gotten to the point of "over-accessorizing".... To each his own I guess. Been there, done that with the chrome thingy.
