Speedometer problems
I have a 99 Sportster Hugger with a 1200 kit. Wiseco pistons/rings. Highflow intake. Speedo/Tach combo. Has about 5000 miles on it.
Noticed the speedometer and odometer are not reading. They light up and show current mileage but not any more and no speed.
I have the dual console on it with speedo and tach. Tach works fine.
I pulled the sensor and cleaned it off and replaced. It was not dirty to begin with.
I ran a diagnostic and came back with codes.
Code 2 set, 6 set, 8 set, 10 set.
Any answers on what could be going on before I go to the dealer with it? Thanks.

stock spedo on my bike had 2 mismatched screws holding it to the mount and a loose
attacment wire ... PO was an idiot ... also you might notice the speedo has an open hole in the back where rain can get in to the guts of a delicate instrument ... so replace the 2 screws with stainless and also sealed them with some paint and put a plud in the whole I communt all the time in the rain and would prefer not to have to replace the speedo any time soon ... nice HD engineering per usual ... Oh well still really like the bike but the little things drive me nuts some times.
